Anne Cayer
A communicator at her core, Anne has shared the stories of some of Canada's biggest brands.
For over a decade she has worked with integrated teams to launch new products and innovative campaigns. Her work in PR bridged the gap between earned and paid, leading traditional PR and creator partnerships, including the award-winning Hatchimals campaign for Canadian toy maker Spin Master. In the digital media space, she’s launched new media channels, guided paid social strategies and helped Canadian entrepreneurs reach their audiences.
As a writer, Anne was a founding member of New York’s Advertising Week blog and a contributor to various lifestyle publications. She also leads Marketing and Public Relations workshops for Youth Employment Services.

Ryan Tyler Thomas
An entrepreneur above all else, Ryan is a believer in the power of data to tell a story.
As the director of Integrated Search Engine Optimization at Reprise Media, Ryan was at the forefront of SEO/SEM integration for enterprise-level clients, including Johnson & Johnson, Budweiser and Sobey’s. His focus on data-driven insights helped create the 10-times Cannes award winning campaign for the Canadian Down Syndrome Society.
Ryan was a partner at Nude Bee Honey Co., where he developed brand partnerships with LVMH, JCrew, and Indigo for the line of rare and mono-pollen honey. He is also a teacher at Youth Employment Services, leading Branding and SEO courses.
